48 hour notice is required for any appointment cancellation. Less then 48 hour notice will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service. No show/no call will require 100% fee of scheduled services to rebook. No call/no shows are also defined as being more then 15 minutes late to scheduled appointment and will result in forfeiting your appointment. I reserve the right to refuse services for abuse of these policies. I understand things happen and I’ll do my best to accommodate your unique situation.
